How fast can I see a vet?

Most video visits are scheduled within 48 hours. Between visits, you get instant answers, any hour.

Can Everfur vets prescribe medication?

Yes, where state law allows and only after a video visit where your vet examines your dog. Whether a prescription makes sense is always the vet's call. If they write one, it goes to our licensed partner pharmacy and ships to you. Controlled substances aren't available through Everfur.

Do I have to leave my current vet?

No. Everfur works with your vet, not against them. We pull your pet's records into one place, and after each visit you get an updated report to bring to your next in-person appointment. Your records are shareable with any vet, anytime.

What if my dog has an emergency?

Everfur isn’t for emergencies. Trouble breathing, collapse, seizures, suspected poisoning: go to your nearest ER vet now, or call ASPCA Poison Control at 888-426-4435.

What do I need for the video visit?

A phone or computer with a camera, your pet in the room, and any records you haven't uploaded yet. Your vet reviews everything before the call, so the visit starts on what matters.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, in the app or by emailing hello@everfur.com. Cancelling stops your renewal and you keep access through the end of your billing period.

Where is Everfur available?

Video visits with licensed vets are available across the US. Prescriptions are available in select states. The app works everywhere.
