Delete your Everfur account
You can permanently delete your Everfur account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.
Option 1 — Self-service
Delete from within your account
If you can sign in, use the account settings flow to delete your account immediately after confirming the request. You may be asked to sign in before opening settings.
Open account settings- 1Log in to your Everfur account on the app or website.
- 2Open Account Settings.
- 3In the Danger Zone section, tap Delete Account.
- 4Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently Delete.
Option 2 — By email
Request deletion by contacting us
If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by sending an email from the address associated with your account.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- Pet profiles, health data, and connected reports
- Conversations, messages, and AI-generated responses
- Uploaded media (photos and analysis files)
- Account credentials and session data
A minimal audit record of the deletion request may be retained for compliance, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Retained records are not used to keep an active account or restore deleted pet health data.
