1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the services, applications, platforms, websites, APIs, software, AI models, machine learning systems, algorithms, knowledge graphs, databases, data compilations, content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, user interfaces, visual designs, audio, video, computer code, and all other elements provided by or through Strand Health Inc., doing business as Everfur ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the Everfur Health Intelligence application and the Everfur Clinical Intelligence platform (collectively, the "Services"), are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Strand Health Inc. and its licensors.

2. Trademarks

"Everfur," "Everfur Health Intelligence," "Everfur Clinical Intelligence," "Health Intelligence Pro," the Everfur logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Strand Health Inc.. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans displayed through the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Copyright

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and documentation, is the copyrighted property of Strand Health Inc. or its content suppliers and licensors. The compilation and arrangement of all content on the Services is the exclusive property of Strand Health Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, perform, transmit, broadcast, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without the express prior written consent of Strand Health Inc. or the applicable rights holder.

4. Licensed Content

Certain clinical reference content, drug information, formulary data, clinical practice guidelines, and other materials displayed within the Services are used under license from third-party publishers and content providers, including but not limited to academic publishers, veterinary specialty organizations, and pharmaceutical reference providers. Such content remains the property of the respective licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any licensed content in any form or medium.
  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer licensed content to any third party.
  • Create derivative works based on licensed content.
  • Use licensed content for any purpose other than as part of your authorized use of the Services.
  • Systematically download, cache, or store licensed content.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution statements on licensed content.

5. Proprietary Technology

5.1 AI Models and Algorithms

Our artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, model weights, training methodologies, inference pipelines, and related technologies are proprietary trade secrets of Strand Health Inc.. These technologies are protected by trade secret law, copyright law, and applicable patent rights.

5.2 Knowledge Graph

The Everfur veterinary knowledge graph, including its ontological structure, entity relationships, evidence hierarchies, modifier taxonomies, and data compilation methodology, is a proprietary trade secret and copyrighted data compilation of Strand Health Inc.. The knowledge graph represents substantial investment in scientific curation, computational modeling, and engineering.

5.3 Databases

All databases maintained by the Company, including drug databases, interaction databases, breed databases, disease databases, and clinical reference databases, are proprietary data compilations protected by copyright and trade secret law.

6. Patents

Strand Health Inc. may hold or have pending patent applications covering various aspects of the Services, including but not limited to AI-powered clinical decision support systems, veterinary knowledge graph architectures, metabolomics-based diagnostic methods, and related technologies. Nothing in this notice or in the Services shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any patent owned or controlled by Strand Health Inc..

7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

If you believe that any content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information in writing to our designated copyright agent:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to locate the material.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in our Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, or any other agreement are hereby reserved by Strand Health Inc.. No license, right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly set forth in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Strand Health Inc..
