1. Overview

The Everfur mobile applications and related services provided by Strand Health Inc., doing business as Everfur ("Company"), incorporate certain third party software libraries, open source components, and licensed content. This document provides attribution and license information for such components as required by their respective license terms.

The inclusion of third party software in our applications does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership by or with the authors, maintainers, or organizations associated with such software. Third party components are provided "as is" and are subject to their respective license terms, not to the Company's warranty disclaimers or limitation of liability provisions, except to the extent those third party license terms disclaim warranties and limit liability on their own terms.

2. Open Source Licenses

The following open source licenses apply to components used in the Everfur applications. The specific components governed by each license, including version numbers, are listed in our in app license viewer (accessible via Settings > About > Licenses) and are updated with each application release.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

The Apache License also includes an explicit patent grant from contributors to users.

2.3 BSD Licenses (2 Clause and 3 Clause)

Certain components are licensed under the BSD 2 Clause ("Simplified") or BSD 3 Clause ("New" or "Revised") licenses. These licenses permit redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, subject to the conditions specified in the respective license, including retention of copyright notices, reproduction of the license in documentation, and (in the 3 Clause variant) prohibition of use of the project name for endorsement without permission. Both variants include warranty disclaimers.

The MPL 2.0 is a "weak copyleft" license that requires disclosure of modifications to MPL licensed files but does not require the entire application to be released under the MPL.
