Third-party licenses

1. Overview
The Everfur mobile applications and related services provided by Strand Health Inc., doing business as Everfur ("Company"), incorporate certain third-party software libraries and open source components. This document provides attribution and license information for such components as required by their respective license terms.
The inclusion of third-party software in our applications does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with the authors or maintainers of such software.
2. Open Source Licenses
The following open source licenses apply to components used in the Everfur applications. The specific components governed by each license are listed in our in-app license viewer (accessible via Settings > Licenses) and are updated with each application release.
2.1 MIT License
A number of components used in the Everfur applications are licensed under the MIT License. The MIT License permits use, copy, modification, merger, publication, distribution, sublicensing, and sale of copies of the software, subject to the inclusion of the copyright notice and permission notice in all copies or substantial portions of the software. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
2.2 Apache License, Version 2.0
Certain components used in the Everfur applications are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The Apache License grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the work and derivative works thereof in source or object form, subject to the conditions specified in the license.
2.3 BSD Licenses (2-Clause and 3-Clause)
Certain components are licensed under the BSD 2-Clause ("Simplified") or BSD 3-Clause ("New" or "Revised") licenses. These licenses permit redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, subject to the conditions specified in the respective license.
2.4 ISC License
Certain components are licensed under the ISC License, which permits use, copy, modification, and distribution of the software for any purpose with or without fee, subject to the inclusion of the copyright notice and permission notice.
3. React Native and Expo
The Everfur mobile applications are built using React Native and Expo, which are licensed under the MIT License. React Native is developed and maintained by Meta Platforms, Inc. Expo is developed and maintained by 650 Industries, Inc.
4. Complete License List
A complete, machine-readable list of all third-party dependencies, their versions, and their applicable licenses is available in the application at Settings > Licenses. This list is generated automatically from our dependency manifest and is updated with each application release.
